The management of spare parts is ensured by the person in charge of the After Sale Service department (tracking of orders and deliveries).
All orders must be in writing or formal order form and sent to service@multistation.com
Multistation has a service department consisting of a team that has more than 25 years of experience in rapid prototyping. The technical team consists of an application engineer and 4 technicians supervised by a service representative.
It happens regularly to troubleshoot machines that we have delivered. Multistation has been in existence for 30 years and its reputation in terms of reliability and follow-up service is well established.
Our technicians assist you with any repair of your machine, whether under warranty or not.
Our technicians carry out a diagnosis, by e-mail or by telephone, in order to find a solution to help you as soon as possible. Once the diagnosis is made and validated, 3 cases occur:

The operation remains the same, our technicians carry out a remote diagnosis by email or telephone in order to know the origin of the breakdown. Then they draw up an estimate and inform you of the amount to be paid.
You can also choose to repair your machine yourself. In this case, we make an estimate with the cost of the part(s) to be replaced with the transport costs.
