The Raise3D Pro3 HS, also known as Hyper Speed®, is a professional 3D printer capable of printing at high speeds of 200-300mm/s. This latest version of the Pro3 series incorporates a number of enhancements to maximise workflow, enabling continuous printing for up to 120 hours.

HIGH-SPEED PRINTING OF HIGH-PERFORMANCE COMPOSITE MATERIALS

The Raise3D Pro3 HS series enables high-speed printing of composite materials at speeds of 200-300 mm/s, including Hyper Core High Performance materials for demanding end-use applications. It meets users’ high standards and improves production efficiency and product quality. Thanks to this capability, printed parts can be used effectively in rigorous end-use applications.

INCREASED DURABILITY

The Raise3D Pro3 HS series has been designed for large-scale industrial applications, with optimisations to improve reliability. The reinforced hot end and all-metal nozzle, combined with an all-metal chassis and two-speed extruder, enable continuous production for many hours. Stepper motors with optical encoders ensure greater accuracy and repeatability over the long term.

HyperFFF technologyINTEGRATED HYPER FFF® TECHNOLOGY

The Raise3D Pro3 HS series features a high-flow hot end and active vibration reduction algorithm, enabling standard print speeds of up to 300mm/s. Even with high-performance Hyper Core materials, it maintains average speeds of 200-300mm/s, significantly improving 3D printing capabilities. Compared with the Raise3D Pro3 series, it reduces printing time by 30-70%, depending on model size.

 

 

OPTIMISED DRIVE SYSTEMOPTIMISED DRIVE SYSTEM

The new closed-loop stepper motor ensures precise, stable control during high-speed printing, reducing operating noise by 27% for a more pleasant working environment. The couplings have been replaced with double diaphragm fittings, increasing their durability and providing a better seal, improving the overall stability of the printer’s movement.

 

 

 

AUTOMATIC FILAMENT CHANGEOVERAUTOMATIC FILAMENT CHANGEOVER

The Raise3D Pro3 HS series incorporates an automatic filament switching system to ensure uninterrupted printing if a spool runs out. This allows one printhead to switch to another without interruption, improving overall print reliability and efficiency.

The new modelling plate offers a more powerful and uniform magnetic attraction to prevent warping of models. Thinner by 1 mm, it heats up to 100ºC in less than 2 minutes, reducing waiting times and improving printing efficiency.

 

 

 

 

New filament sensorNEW RFID FILAMENT SENSOR

The RFID filament sensor automatically identifies the type of filament and checks the print parameters to ensure successful prints and avoid the use of inappropriate materials. This reduces the time taken to check print jobs and improves efficiency and print success rates.
