CONCEPT DESIGN AND SIMULATION TOOLS
First, our progressive design activity not only encompasses software for topological optimization and automatic generation of lattice structures, but also software dedicated to the simulation of additive manufacturing processes with a brand new software released by an American university. Progressive design can design structures or optimize the ones coming from 3D scanning or standard CAD software.
A LARGE SPECTRUM OF COMPLEMENTARY TECHNOLOGIES
In terms of processes and material, besides the renowned metal additive manufacturing technologies we provide, such as EBM® (ARCAM) and SLM® (SLM Solutions), we now offer LENS® technology (OPTOMEC), a process aimed at adding any metal on parts of any shape, adapted for repair, coating of metal parts or production of parts on non-planes substrates. At our exhibition stand, we will present lattice structures made out with wax jetting (SOLIDSCAPE) for investment casting applications.

POST-TREATMENT AND CONTROL
The high-speed adaptive milling finish of pieces produced via metal additive manufacturing will also be featured with our partners KERN and LIECHTI, as well as the control of these parts using x-ray tomography.
MICROFACTORIES FOR A COLLABORATIVE VALUE CHAIN
High tech additive manufacturing needs the fresh look and creative imagination of “makers”, users of low tech 3D printers we have now been providing for 5 years. We will present our comprehensive offer for “turn-key” custom-made microfactories/fablabs including a wide range of 3D printers and manufacturing machines (laser or water jet cutting, milling, thermoforming…) towards all types of audiences, such as academic institutions, coworkers, geeks or makers, as well as suppliers of innovation or developing regions.
MULTISTATION SECOND LIFE has been, for 10 years, a confidential e-platform specializing in second-hand plastic and metal additive manufacturing equipment as well as in high performance machine-tools.
IN THE HEART OF THE PARADIGMS OF THE IVth INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION
Since 1987, Multistation, a French company, has been integrating innovating and disruptive solutions in digital manufacturing, supplying internationally heavy and complex machine-tools and equipment for automation of composites, rapid prototyping and additive manufacturing. Our customers are coming from the transport sector (automotive, aero-structure and engines for aerospace and spatial, railways) as well as the energy (power generation, windmill), luxury, medical, academic and defense industries.
In 27 years, Multistation has become a key actor of the digital manufacturing supply and value chain. After observing the international market, we understand the needs of the customers. We are permanently looking for new potential mature suppliers and we strive to convince them to become our partners with great loyalty and high respect for their expectations. With our practice of disruptive marketing and our strong CRM, we evangelize the customers and translate their demand in production forecast for our partners; with the support of our technical team, we help them with the implementation and maintenance of these technologies.
Multistation opened in 2011, in the heart of Paris, the PROTO3DSHOP, a rapid prototyping demonstration center for microfactories, and in 2014 a progressive design & metal additive manufacturing center, where, each month, topological optimization sessions JOT (Journées de l’optimisation topologique) are being organized.
