Droplets of epoxy resin are projected layer by layer through nozzles and then exposed to a UV lamp, the deposited resin is thus hardened. As a result of printing, the wax support material is thermally melted. This wax support system significantly improves the surface state of the parts.
Multi-head printing makes it possible to print several materials at once simultaneously. It is not the heads that move but the build platform. This system makes the process faster, more precise, and more robust.
Finally, smart systems with scanners are set up to monitor the printing in real time and part geometry deviations are detected and corrected in real-time
