If the product is right away available from our facility, the delivery will occur in France within 3 working days from the processing date.
Your order will be processed the same day before noon, otherwise the next working day.
If the product is not available from our facility, and before confirming your purchase order, we will contact you and give you our very best delivery date.
As a reminder, we make all the very best to deliver on time but cannot be hold responsible for extra delays occurred by our freight service provider.
Regarding delivery option, you can choose the free “Store Pick-up” option. We have a demo center at 2 allée Ephyra – CS 61839 – 35418 Saint-Malo Cedex.
We don’t store any payment information in our servers. The payment process is handled by Société Générale .

All returns are at your charge. Keep the original packaging during the warranty period.
