LT MACHINES

HEAT AND VACUUM APPLICATOR – HVA

The HVA heat and vacuum machines are designed to apply technical and decorative laminates to aircraft interior panels such as sidewalls, overhead bins, armrests, bulkheads and seat shells. The infrared heating system is used to soften the laminate prior to forming and the vacuum membrane system forms the laminate to the panel surface.

CEVOTEC

FIBER PATCH PLACEMENT (FPP) TECHNOLOGY FOR COMPLEX SHAPED COMPOSITES

The Fiber Patch Placement (FFP) technology allows the automated placement of carbon fiber patches, glass fibers, adhesive films… on complex 3D geometries. It is now possible to automate operations that were previously manual: for example, the placement of composite reinforcements for aerostructures or pressure vessels and more generally on any form of complex geometry with a small radius of curvature. In addition, it is also possible to reinforce hydrogen tank domes with up to 20% improvement in tank performance.

AUTONATIONAL

THE SOLUTION FOR THE INDUSTRIALIZATION OF COMPOSITE BY FILAMENT WINDING

Autonational Composite designs and manufactures filament winding systems for the aeronautical industry, hydrogen storage, energy, defense… And produces lines according to customers’ requirements from 3 m to more than 30 m long in mono or multi-core.

FGF TECHNOLOGY: FUED GRANULATE FABRICATION

Fused Granulate Fabrication (FGF) is a 3D printing process: Thermoplastic granules are stored in a dryer and conveyed to the extruder by a compressed air system. The pellets are then transferred to the build plate where several resistors heat the pellets as they pass through the extruder before they are deposited on a heated or unheated plate. This process is widely used in industry for the production of prototypes, molds, jigs and other tooling parts.

INGERSOLL

THE 3D PRINTING SOLUTION ON GANTRY WITH THE LARGEST FORMAT AVAILABLE

Ingersoll integrates an extrusion solution on gantries.  The extruders have an extrusion capacity of 60 to 200 kg per hour depending on the range. Ingersoll offers on its gantry solutions the possibility to machine after printing. Ingersoll offers two types of gantries, a more rigid one for aeronautics in order to obtain high precision during machining and a lighter version for applications requiring less precision (e.g.: naval, furniture…). The printing dimensions can vary according to the customer’s needs (e.g.: 3 m in height, 4 m in width and 16 m in length).

FDM/FFF TECHNOLOGY : FUSED DEPOSION MOLDING / FUSED FILAMENT DEPOSITION

FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology is a 3D printing process using a coil of heated thermoplastic filament deposited on a printing plate.

BIGREP

LEADER IN LARGE FORMAT FDM ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING

BigRep printers are robust industrial solutions with three different models. Print volumes range from 0.25 and 1 cubic meter. With the option of using your own filaments or those of BigRep. For applications in aeronautics, naval, automotive, construction, design for the realization of mold or JIG of finished part after or not machining. More than 700 references worldwide.
